The 3 Month Program

Our signature 3-Month Program is designed for individuals who are fully committed to transforming their body, mindset, and lifestyle. With up to three sessions per week, this immersive program combines intelligent training, tailored nutrition guidance, and round-the-clock support to ensure consistent progress and long-lasting results.

Across 12 weeks, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your anatomy and physiology, helping you move better, train smarter, and perform at your best. You’ll have access to all of our premium services, including one-to-one personal training, nutrition consultation, physiotherapy, and sports massage. Whether you’re training in-studio, outdoors, or at home, you’ll receive structured support — including a detailed training blog, travel-friendly workout plans, and 24/7 direct communication to keep you accountable.

We offer two packages:

  • 2 sessions per week for £1,900
  • 3 sessions per week for £2,520

By Application Only – This is a high-touch, results-driven program with limited availability to ensure a truly personalised experience.

The Monthly Program

This program is ideal for you, if you are just starting to dig into fitness or if you want to recover that level of fitness that you used to have. Starting with the basics and principles of fitness we will build your program by finding the best method that does best to your specific needs and body this will include nutritional consultation and support in addition to personal training.

We have two packages

  • 2 Sessions Per week- £640/month
  • 3 Sessions Per week-£840/month
