Move

Since your first baby steps until today, you have been moving around executing any kind of tasks. It is something so common that we take it for guaranteed, big mistake! With the pass of the time our range of movement has been getting worse and we have to do something about it! Regular exercising and mobility work would be ideal for you and that’s something that we will put into practice during this program.


Eat

 

Think

Be mindful of what you bring close to your mouth, in nutrition as in life, every single ingredients plays a key role. Understanding when,  why and what we have to eat it is also part of this program. But do not stress about it, it is more simple that it seems, just enjoy the journey as you will enjoy eating for the best version of yourself.


I can teach you how to train like an athlete, eat with intention and get excited for your progress after every single session but, if your head is not clear, and your mind is not engaged at every moment that we train and every moment that you eat and rest. We would not go far enough. So, this is like building a 3 floors house, and this section, is the ground floor. Do you want to have the most beautiful house? My advice:  “Make sure you building the strongest ground floor ever” make it big, open space for new furniture, once is done, lets get started with the first floor.
